El Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) de la ciudad crecio de $37.5B a $43.2B el a\u00f1o pasado. Porcentualmente el crecimiento de su PIB es de 15.5% comparado con el nacional que fue de 2.5%.<br \/>Las propiedades residenciales en El Paso subieron de un promedio de $236,000, a un promedio de $259,475 (Enero 2023 vs Enero 2024). Eso representa un crecimiento del 9.9%, comparado con el numero nacional que fue de 1.6%. Eso significa que las casas en El Paso se aprecian 6 veces mas rapido que las casas en EUA. Adicionalmente, la casa promedio en El Paso te cuesta una fracci\u00f3n del precio que la casa promedio en EUA. La casa promedio en El Paso es de $259,475, comparado con la nacional de $417,700. A nivel nacional, el mercado inmobiliario sufre de un deficit probocado por el 2008. Esto a ocasionado que la ultima decada sea en la que menos construccion de casas nuevas ha habido de las ultimas 7.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-23a5952\" data-id=\"23a5952\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd46b38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd46b38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El census americano junto con una compa\u00f1ia de data llamada Moody estiman el deficit de propiedades residenciales en 3.2 millones. El deficit de propiedades en EUA no solo es de casas pero tambien de unidades departamentales. El National Apartment Association (NAA) anuncio que existe un deficit gigantesco en unidades departamentales. En los ultimos 3 a\u00f1os se han construido 1.2 millones de unidades cuando el mercado necesita 600,000 anuales. El mercado inmobiliario en EUA se va a seguir apreciando por el deficit de inventario, la poca oferta y cada a\u00f1o el porcentage de compradores institucionales crece. <br \/>Nacionalmente, el 15% de todas las propiedades residenciales en el mercado son adquiridas por un comprador institucional; en Texas es el 28%. Es por eso que se dice: &#8220;Estados unidos ya no esta en venta, esta en
